No, you can use the improWEB solutions in any market. We have decided to start with the IT market since IT product prices changes rapidly and IT products sell very well online.
We already have client that sell anything from airoplanes to water purifiers to appliances to educational software, etc. on our e-commerce websites.

| Which distributors are integrated with improWEB? |
To protect the distributors, improWEB cannot list all integrated distributors. However, you can contact us and tell us who you buy from and we can tell you which of those distributors are integrated. |
| Are you planning on integrating more distributors? |
We are integrating new distributors all the time. |
| If I buy from a distributor that is not integrated, will you integrate this distributor? |
We would love to integrate as many distributors as possible. To do this, we need to show them how the product works and how they can benefit from it. If you want us to set up a meeting with your distributors, please let us know. |
| Will the fees rise if we integrate with more distributors? |
No, the fee is not connected to the number of integrated distributors. |
| Do I only get to see my own distributors' products, or do I have access to all the pricelists from all the distributors on the improWEB solution? |
To protect the distributors you will only be able to see the products of the distributors you buy from. |
| Does improWEB allow me to register with a distributor through your structures, or must I still go through the registration process via the distributor? |
You will first need to register with the distributor and then the improWEB team will be able to load that pricelist onto your system. |
| What does it mean for a distributor to be fully integrated? |
- Stock - If your distributor is fully integrated with improWEB then your website can use distributors stock levels to show or hide products.
- Info - You can also use images and product information generated and updated weekly by your distributor.
- Orders - Once a order is placed on your website and the payment was approved an order can automatically be placed with your distributor thereby reserving the stock for you.
- Delivery - With improWEB it will be possible to sell an item on your site and have it delivered before you know that the sale was made.

| Can I put my own products in the improWEB solution and on my improWEB e-commerce website? |
Absolutely. You will also be able to import products from more than one distributor into improWEB as well as from a custom XL Spreadsheet that can be downloaded from our website. You can then select which products to display on your website. |
| How long does it take to get an improWEB e-commerce live? |
The time it takes from receiving the deposit to going live can be as little as a week. What does take time is to get an e-merchant account to accept credit card payments on your website. However, you do not need this straight away and you can go live before this is approved. |
| Will my website be unique? |
Yes, we have a completely customisable template and you have all the tools to your disposal to create a unique website. |
| Can I give different prices to different clients on my website? |
Yes, we have a loyalty tool which enables you to set different prices for different clients. |
| How will I know how to use the different tools? |
We have a complete online training course that will show you how to use the tools. We recommend that you do this ASAP as you will be charged for support if you haven't completed the training. |
| How much is all this going to cost me? |
The improWEB basic solution is only R 200 per month (no setup fee).

If you would like to add the incredible business management tool, it will cost you an additional R 200 per month.
Therefore, the complete solution will cost you R 5,450 once off and R 660 per month thereafter.

| Are there any hidden costs? |
There are no other setup fees. However, should you require special, additional changes made to the e-commerce template, development costs will apply.
Except for the credit card payment fees charged by the integrated payment gateways, there will be no other running costs.
Support is free only if you have completed the online training course.
