We use technology to automate the business processes as much as possible and thereby cutting out manual and laborious tasks. The benefits are multiple but the one that stands out is customer satisfaction! Every step in this process costs money and indirectly the end client or reseller is paying for it.
Most businesses think that we create e-commerce websites, but the fact is that we are introducing a new optimised way for the channel to operate and do business. This optimised way just happens to include the use of websites.
In the rest of this document I will list the general business models that exist in the IT industry in South Africa and look at the costs and quality benefits involved in these models and look at why improWEB’s system is superior. We will also look at some of the impacts improWEB could have on everyone involved from the vendor to the end client.
